    Diagnosis involved ordering hard to find replacement part, but parts and service got right on it at Sleepy Hollow, located the parts and did the job quickly after they arrived.

    Excellent service - Nate checked in and had completed in a very time efficient manner. Tech Lars noticed that weight needed to be corrected during tire rotation and test drive as they scraped the calipers because they were to large - replaced with the proper size and balanced. He test drove and everything went great 👍

    I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, making sure I told the person I talked to that I needed new wiper blades. Day of the appointment my husband was told the blades aren't kept in stock and would have to be ordered. I was told they'd be dropped off at our house yesterday, however I still don't have them. Why were they not ordered when I scheduled the appointment? That's why I made sure to say I needed them. Since the date of service, I have lost a guard or cover from the underside of my car - were there any guards or covers removed while my car was being serviced? Maybe something wasn't tightened all the way?? Any suggestions to what it may be so I can get it replaced?
